Record of Service

A decade in the field — investigations, fire, and emergency management — then technology leadership and public office. The record, filed plainly.

I did not arrive at city government, or at technology, from the usual direction. My career started in the field: investigating arson, working crime scenes alongside Harris County investigators, running logistics and communications during storms and evacuations. The credentials below are not decorative — each is a tested standard, a real examination, or a peer recognition with meaningful requirements. They are filed here so residents and clients know exactly what stands behind the work.
